Columbian Blended Espresso Beans
Espresso is both a coffee beverage and a brewing method. It is not a specific bean or bean blend, it is a coffee brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely-ground coffee beans making it thicker than coffee brewed by other methods. Columbian Blended Espresso is a Columbian blended coffee brewed with more grounds and less water.

Brewing Method
Columbian coffee is typically weaker than the dark roast coffees used to make espresso, but a finely ground Columbian blend will brew perfectly in an espresso machine. A french press or a slow pour-over will provide a stronger more complex flavor.

How to Serve
Espressos are usually made using blended coffees served as a single or double shot. They pair best with rich desserts, such as chocolate cakes, pies, and tortes.
